Two covered verandas provide shady spots for reading and unwinding. From here, as well as from the sun deck, breathtaking sunsets can be enjoyed. A Weber Genesis gas grill is available for sociable barbecue evenings. The 30 sqm rooftop terrace offers an impressive 360-degree view of the surrounding landscape, featuring almond plantations, grazing sheep, and small-scale farming. Particularly spectacular are the sunrises over the monastery mountains of Cura Randa and Sant Salvador.
The finca's location is perfect for enjoying both the tranquility of nature and proximity to beaches and excursion opportunities. The town of Campos, just three kilometers away, offers supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and a large weekly market on Saturdays. Santanyi, nine kilometers away, hosts a traditional market featuring local handicrafts. The famous Es Trenc natural beach is just a 12-minute drive away, while Colonia St. Jordi, with its small coves, water sports facilities, and public swimming pool, is only ten minutes away.
For active holidaymakers, the finca provides two city bikes and a 12 x 4-meter boccia court. The well-known windmill cycling route passes directly by the property, inviting guests on extensive tours. Golf enthusiasts will find three golf courses within a 20-kilometer radius. Hiking lovers can explore the marked trails leading to Sant Salvador Monastery or the ruins of Castell de Santueri. Several wineries in the Felanitx area offer wine tastings.
As is often the case in the countryside, this finca is also home to a small tomcat – or rather, he has chosen the finca for himself. The guests have lovingly named him Carlos. He lives outside, is regularly vaccinated, and the owners kindly ask the guests to feed him once a day (at their expense). In return, he keeps his territory free from unwanted visitors and other strays.
This finca is the perfect place to escape everyday life with family or friends, immerse yourself in nature, and recharge in the idyllic Mallorcan countryside.
