The house offers a spacious living area equipped with two cozy sofas, a coffee table, and a flat-screen with satellite television (German and Spanish channels). The adjacent conservatory, with a large wooden table, six chairs, and two swivel chairs, invites you to linger and offers a breathtaking sea view.

The lovingly furnished bedroom and the modern bathroom ensure the highest comfort. The double-glazed windows provide pleasant quietness and optimal insulation. For those who want to stay online during their vacation, free internet is available.

The exterior of the house is a true paradise. Various seating areas and a sheltered sun terrace with an outdoor shower, two sun loungers, and a parasol offer perfect conditions for relaxation. A covered barbecue area with a dining table and outdoor kitchen rounds off the ambiance. A private parking space on the walled plot ensures convenient arrival and mobility.

The beautiful Plaza Glorieta and the wine museum are just a few minutes' walk away. Numerous hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity and invite you to explore. The beaches of Puerto Naos and Charco Verde are only 10 and 12 minutes away by car, respectively, while the towns of Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. In Los Llanos, you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and shops.
