This holiday home, along with two other holiday houses, is located on an 8.000 sqm property in Malpaís de Candelaria, offering you an oasis of peace and relaxation. Each house has its own entrance and offers complete privacy on its respective property.
On 55 sqm of living space, you will find a living area with an open Canary-style kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom – ideal for 2 to 3 persons. The third person will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
Enjoy your day on the 12 sqm furnished terrace with a grill, located directly in front of the house, and enjoy the view of your private garden. The private pool (6 m x 3 m) behind the house invites you to relax. A parking space is also available.
The finca is located about 250 meters above the town of Candelaria, where you will find shopping opportunities, local markets, restaurants, and banks. The beaches Playa de Las Caletillas, Playa de Punta Larga, and Playa de la Arena can be reached within a few minutes by car.
