The 63 sqm of living space includes a living area with an open Canary-style kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom – ideal for 4 to 5 persons. The fifth person will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
Enjoy your day on the furnished terrace directly in front of the house and let your gaze wander over your private garden and the sparkling sea. The 35 sqm garden with a lawn, private pool (6 m x 4 m), and barbecue area invites you to relax. A parking space is also available.
