Towel and bed linen change every 7 days. Additional towel or bed linen changes or interim cleaning can be arranged at any time upon request, billed according to effort.

For bookings of one month to a maximum of 3 months, the owner grants a discount upon request. Renting for longer than 3 months is not possible.
