Internet, safe, air conditioning, heaters, washing machine and dryer for communal use; an iron and ironing board are available at the reception. Morning bread roll service is available for a fee, beach towels and bathrobes on request, orthopedic pillows on request
Towel change and interim cleaning every 3–4 days, bed linen change every 7 days. Additional linen changes or interim cleaning are possible at any time by arrangement, billed according to effort.
Smoking in the apartment and pets are not allowed!
